My day off was full of activities I had not planned!
I slept in till 9:30 - awesome
Went to lunch with Cameron at Panda Kitchen - awesome yummy
We dropped off my cable boxes and modem at comcast - finally
We walked around the mall for a bit - torture since I have no money till Thursday
Watched the 2nd Narnia on TV - still like a 3 hour movie lol
Then I came home, took out the garbage, walked the dog, cleaned the litter box, emptied the dishwasher, and started a load of laundry, and refilled the cats bowls. - all w/i an hour time frame. (How do I get more done in an hour than I do being at home all day doing nothing?)
Then we got to go see a FREE pre-screening of When In Rome. - AWESOME FREE! It was a cute movie, its not due out until January and you could tell that some parts of it didnt flow right together, i got a flier to go to a website to give my opinions on it, maybe tomorrow I'll do that.
So now I'm back home resting, gotta put the laundry in the dryer. Still have the season finale of Mad Men to watch, possibly tonight when i go to bed.
I was at Macy's until 8:45 last night for orientation. I go back Sat and Sun for some training and actual work. UGH i also have a dentist appt tomorrow night to take care of this cavity that is giving me a constant headache.
Oh and my 3 day detox/cleanse thing failed, because the headache would NOT go away I had to drink a soda, and then i said screw it and had some mini chocolate doughnuts for breakfast... ill try it again soon LoL
OH YEAH.
My boss told me yesterday that he was not going to be at work Thurs and Friday, and that I had to BE SURE to be on MY best BEHAVIOR on the phones, because apparently I have been not so nice lately. Well I know that. We all know that. and If i recall, about 2 months ago I ASKED NICELY to NOT be on the phones anymore. I know its PART of my job, but its a part that I cannot handle anymore and I shouldnt have to because I have been in the back longer than ANYONE in the office.
I really think my only option would be to go to work drunk, that way, Im guaranteed to be nice......is it possible? probably not... sigh, I just dont know HOW to be FAKE NICE to people. It's not me. Take it or leave it. I am what I am.
So if you all have any suggestions on how I can change my ways and be polite and nice to totally incompetent fucking retards, please, let me know.
My last "mostly free weekend" wasnt spent doing as much as I wanted, mostly because I'm broke.
Friday I stayed in and watched movies and chilled out.. The Proposal, GI Joe and Superbad.
Saturday, I pretty much slept all day long. I was out of soda or anything caffeinated, so I was completely burnt out.
Mike came over and we went to the movies, he paid, lol. I think they lowered prices, it was only $6.50 each to get in to an evening show. Usually its 9 something, so that was nice! He also brought me 2 cokes and a cherry pepsi, what a sweetie!
After that he dropped me off and I had finally heard from ATC after he'd been gone hunting most of the week, so I went over to his place and we watched, Being John Malkovich. Uhhh very weird movie, we were both thoroughly confused through most of it lol. He had to work at 6 but I slept in after he left until 9. I forgot how totally awesomely comfortable his bed is.
I went and saw my 4 month prego Stephy up at her mom's house. She's so cute, I took her the 2 blankets my mom made for her, and she loved 'em! So glad. Told her that I would start getting baby coupons and buyin diapers and stuff for her to be stocked up on, which walgreens is having a sale on right now too! She finds out in 2 weeks what she's having, so that will help me narrow down boy or girl things! We're all hoping for a girl!
Her mom was setting up their xmas tree and decorations already! Crazy! lol. Her sister Randee also called while I was there so I got to talk to her on the phone. I'm planning on going out to see her in June for her wedding in Georgia. Hopefully.
After an hour and a half with her, I headed to Cindy's to get my hair done, lightened it again and put some nice golden colors in it. Looks really good. I wanted to get it done before I start at Macy's, which is this Tuesday. Yes I'm starting 3 weeks earlier then they originally said, which is fine with me. So Tuesday I go from 5-9 for some group training, and then Sat I do 3 hours of training, and then 3 hours on the floor, and then all day sunday Ill be out on the floor and I guess good to go! So I'm looking forward to getting paid weekly, but not so much for being tired. But hopefully I'll manage.
I'm bummed I missed bingo at fridays this weekend, but hopefully next weekend Ill be able to hit it up.
I did get SOME cleaning done around the house, cleaned the kitchen, did a LIL laundry and put new sheets on my bed and cleaned up the bedroom, so I was slightly productive. However I fell asleep watching SNL online, planned for about 20 minutes, but woke up 2.5 hours later.. whoops.. but I still had some energy and managed to go through the paper and get all my coupons and check the ads, so Im ready to hit up some stores soon.
I've gotta get to sleep soon now, hopefully. I'm watching season 2 of Deadliest Catch on netflix, should lull me to bed soon. Finally pulled out my humidifier so maybe in the AM my nose wont be ready to bleed.
Friday after work I met up with ATC at Casey's Bistro & Pub, we sat out on the patio and had drinks and convo, and I had some french onion soup that was super yummy. After a while he got cold so we moved inside, I however was fine cuz I'm smart and brought my jacket, I know how colorado is! We had a few more drinks inside, and then somehow decided to come back to my house and drink some more rum.

After that we continued the drinking and talked about things. Told him about the crappy dates i'd been on and he was shocked to hear that girls deal with d-bags like that all the time. He asked if he was like that, I said no, you're actually a pretty good catch, you're just retarded at times because you're indecisive.
Yeah so, we made out on the couch for a while, and then we went to bed... only for about 3 hours, but I slept so good for those 3 hours. It was nice. I had to wake him up so he'd make it to work hungover.. which he did, but only stayed for about 2 hours and then went home "sick". hah.
He texted me around 11 and asked if I wanted to hang out again and I said sure cuz i had nothing else going on, so he came back over, and we sat on the couch and watched movies all day, ordered pizza, made fun of the neighbors outside, and cuddled and napped off and on. He went home around 11 last night since he had to work early this morning.
He also gave me $50. I told him how much financial strain i was under and was trying to figure out how to get enough for my rent check to clear. So he brought that over. Totally unexpected, but very much appreciated.
So, who knows where things will go from here. But at least we're back on good terms. Say I'm crazy, but other than the stupid shit he said at my birthday, things were pretty good between us for the time we were together, and I miss hanging out with someone who's not a complete douche bag. We get along, have good convo, and have things in common. So. Thats it, and I'm happy with where it's at now.
I think I'll try to clean up the house some today, maybe even hit up the gym.
The Time Travelers Wife was AWESOME as I expected it to be.
Was funny though, throughout the movie I kept feeling like it was a lot like Meet Joe Black..just certain aspects...like the chemistry between the two characters.
As the credits came up, to my surprise I see...

I love meet joe black, as well as this movie, I'll buy it once it comes out on DVD.
Only the end made me cry, and not as hard as the notebook does every time, but in a good way.
It's been a very chill weekend to say the least.
Went to the Singles Safari at the zoo, had I done some things differently would have been a way better experience for me, but lets not get into it. Was still a cool setting.
Saturday I spent sleeping all.day.long. Watched a few shows / movies online but then went back to sleep. Not really sure why but thats what happened. My house is for the most part clean so its not like i was avoiding anything LoL. Thinking it was also all the caffeine getting out of my system.
I did make some blueberry muffins last night for dinner, and breakfast today, They were super yummy.
I think I may go BY MYSELF to see the Time Travelers Wife during a matinee today. Cant find anyone who wants to see it with me, other than Chan, and well, she's in KC so thats not gonna happen lol. But Ill go, eat a whole thing of popcorn to myself, and cry, because its supposed to be a very sad movie.
I also need to take the crappy liquid glitter eyeliner back to ULTA, as soon as it dries, it starts flaking off. How lame is that? Gimme my $5.99 back!
Contemplating going to the gym sometime today, possibly after the movie.
And I did a very good job. I drank my Vitamin Water all day long.
I did buy 2 rockstars at the gas station, and I'm very proud to say I didnt open one until after I got home.
Hoping it will give me enough energy to put sheets on my bed, and put away my laundry and do whatever else needs to be done around here.
I'm currently watching Rachel Getting Married.. its very different.
Last night i watched Religulous. LOVED IT.
I dont really have anything planned though, so that kinda cuts into the fun part right..
I really need to clean my apt today its a mess again, I dunno how this keeps happening?!
Went to the gym yesterday to one of the cardio classes, and man, I'm paying for it now! My calves are dying!
Might go back later today if I have energy to do so.
Tanya and I saw The Ugly Truth yesterday. It was sooo cute! In those movie's I'm always like the smart guy telling the girl (tanya) how it IS lol. just like in, He's just not that into you. Same thing.
I've been enjoying the first 3 seasons of the office on Netflix the last few days, quite entertaining, didnt realize how many I hadn't seen before!
The Egyptian came over late last night, so that was fun as always hehehe....
I met a nice guy on friday and saw him for a few minutes yesterday on my way to the gym but I belive his phone died because he broke his charger, so I havent heard from him, meh whatever.
I'm starving right now I gotta find something to eat, and then get started on cleaning the house, and the bunnies, and the litter box..

I have not been able to go to bed before midnight the last i dunno.. week, this is really hindering my sleep schedule.
Ellie has been hogging the bed, and insisting on sleeping up at the top of the bed on my PILLOWS.. which makes me sleep all wonky and i wake up with my back a'achin, Gah.
I need to call the dentist ive got this weird bump going on with my gum.. and its getting bigger and i dont like it.
The egyptian comes back tomorrow, hopefully get to see him soon, and the teacher will be back at the end of the month, I need some fun time or I'm going to implode.
I've started in on season 1 of the Office, going to fall asleep to that tonight..
The season finale of Deadliest Catch was awesome, the first 20 minutes were spent yelling at the tv by me and tanya. Pretty entertaining if i do say so myself.
And then her cat and I got into a fight, she's such a brat i was just tryin to be nice and pet her and she swatted at me, so i swatted back, we exchanged some words.. and i went on my way... lol

My weekend was pretty chill, yet fun.
Chantelle came into town to pick up her son, and we decided to hang out, even after our big fight a while back.
No one apologized, which really wasnt expected but we still had a good time.
We all hung out at Caldonias for a bit..
Saturday was a chill day, I got my nails done, stopped by ULTA for a new eyeshadow brush since the cats keep stealing mine, and some pretty new nail polish.
he rest of the day I spent watching The Tudors on netflix on my 'puter, the whole first season!. Sunday I started in on season 2, I'm still watching that now. How is it these people fell in love and got married so quickly/easily, and today its sooo hard to even find a decent relationship?! I guess they knew they wouldn't live long anyways so they might as well get with someone while they could.
Last night i met up with this guy to go watch The Hangover, finally! Felt like I was the last person to see it! Then we went and had a quick dinner at Racines . He's a nice guy, but really just not my type.
By the time I got home though I wasnt feeling well, my back was aching like no other and by the time I got in bed around 10, i felt like i had a fever, and chills. I woke up a few times throughout the night, my sheets drenched in sweat yuck! I finally got up at 3 and took some ibuprofen and the fever eventually subsided. I decided not to go to work today even though i was feeling a lot better, i didnt wanna push it.
I did however get a call today from one of the local radio stations, Alice 105.9, and they chose my submission to one of their contest things, they're gonna bring breakfast for me and my co-workers on thursday! How awesome is that!
Today was suuuuch a nice day out for the first time in a while! And I actually went out and enjoyed it!!
I met up with Cameron this morning for my FIRST EVER!! Motor Cycle ride! And it was a blast! I was pretty nervous at first and Just told him "please, make sure you dont kill me, people would be mad!" But he was very cool about it and cautious and i felt totally comfortable.. Im sure I left some nail marks in his abdomen though from holding on!
We didnt go too terribly far, back down towards my old apartment and then on the freeway back to his place. I know at one point I looked @ the speedometer, and it was at like, 95mph.. I was like,.. OH CRAP lol but this is fun! The rush kinda reminded me of like, a roller coaster!
Then we went to Jamba Juice and had smoothies, we've been talking about them forever and they were YUMMAY! I had the pomegranate pick-me-up,
By then it was still early noonish probably and we decided to go down to the Renaissance Festival because I've never been! It was super fun as well... very interesting to see all the people dressed up in their garb. We watched some acts, and of course the jousting!
So we came back to town and went to TGIFridays to use my buy one get one free coupon! Kickass. Since it expires tomorrow, can't just let that go to waste! After that we were full and tired and completley exhausted. I came home and plopped myslelf on the couch, my whole body aching! It took forever for me to get comfy and fall asleep, I only got about an hour of sleep in when some d-bag outside pulled up and honked 3 different times for someone instead of oh i dunno GETTING OUT of the car or USING A PHONE to call whoever he was waiting for. I was gonna get up and go yell at him, but I realized I didnt have any pants on, and they were finally driving off after that.. but next time, I'll yell!
Finally got up the energy to take a super hot bath tonight with bubbles and epsom salt, I think that may have slightly helped with all my muscle pain, a lot of it was from the gym yesterday too!
I really think they should have given more background info at the beginning about his wife and such that would have helpled a whole lot more!
I'm so not looking forward to work tomorrow if I'm going to be in a lot of pain booooo!
I tried calling my dad 3 times today and no answer, I guess I'll have to try again tomorrow.
Welp Imma get my tired ass to bed, hopefully I can sleep tonight!
