So my roommate came and picked me up from work today around 11:15

I promptly came home, took 2 percocets threw the heating pad on my face and cried myself to sleep

I woke up around 1 ish.. and call the REAL Dr's office, they got me in at 2:40...

He said that whats probably going on is some sort of TMJ kinda pain... the muscles in my jaw/neck/head/back are all tensed and causing the headache and the strain and all that...

Soo.. he gave me some muscle relaxers, and Morphine... how kick ass is my dr!

My sinus' finally feel like they may be starting to drain..so hopefully all this crap together I'll feel better tomorrow and can maybe go to, and stay at work.

So, I think now, I'll go lay down and wait for this all to kick in... see ya'll on the flip side (=
