Just found out that I'm going to be starting at macy's sooner than expected!
Yay for money, boo for being tired, I can see it now!

I'm gonna have some group training on Tuesday, then Sat some on my own computer training, and then out on the floor for a few hours.. and then sunday, a whole day out on the floor.. Woohoooo.

So I've REALLY gotta clean my house now, like tonight at least make a dent in it. It's ridiculously out of sorts and grody.
Gotta do it now, so I can keep it up later.

But first, I'm hungry, must.eat.dinner!

A few weeks ago I applied for some financial assistance through this program we have at work, I got a call back saying they were temporarily out of money but when they got some in they'd give me a call.

Well today I got that call! Presumably because Friday was payday, and this program is supported by other employees paycheck contributions.

I've already set up payment arrangements with the power company but this will help out in the long run! I'm so stoked.

When you have a working AC unit!! Hells yeah!! That's right everyone, I finally got a brand spankin new AC unit put in, and a custom made screen for my window!!!!!!!!!! It took them about 4 hours but they got it done and I've been relaxing in my AC's apartment all evening. I hope I sleep good tonight!

I slept a ton better with my 2 new pillows last night, I ALMOST went back and bought more today, but I decided to think about it instead.

I got 2 b-day cards in the mail today w/$125 in them, combined that is. And now that I have money, I don't know what to buy??   Went to Kohls today, and all I found was a turquoise knit coverup sweater thing on clearance for 8 bucks.

Thinking I need to pick up a pencil skirt. Because almost everyone on What not to wear gets one and it looks good. I may go to JCP tomorrow and see what they have. There was a cute one on their website, but it was outlet only, and out of my size. Dammit!

Ugh Ive got like 3 hangnails of doom right now They are driving me crazy! I just put some neosporin on them hopefully that will help over night.

There's an ad, over to the right of this window, for dunkin donuts coffee coolatta... thanks, now I want one. Jerks.

Today Lisa and I went to Old Navy during lunch to take part in their awesome sale going on. (Grandma sent bday money!) We were stoked for the $9 capris...however, all the ones we tried on looked ridiculous, or were not stretchy enough for our fat asses LoL. I thought to myself in the dressing room, oh time to go to the gym. haha.

I managed to grab a cute pair of plaid shorts of course, not on sale, I'm not 100% sure I'm keeping them yet. We'll see. Picked up a few $5 tank tops and some clearance underwear!

Got my hair re-layered after work. Finally found someone who did what I actually asked! Thank goodness. 

Went to target to get a Universal Remote, listed @ $6.99. No biggie, when I got to the check out line, I saw the EXACT same remote, no difference whatsoever, other than the plastic packaging was 2/3 the size of the other, and it was 2 dollars cheaper!!! So der I picked that one. I also walked out with 2 new pillows, they were $4.44 each.. can't pass that up, and I really did need them... and I found some cute green loungey/work out pants for $3 and a cute one shoulder ruffly top for $3 something as well!

Battery

When i got home I realized that batteries weren't included in the remote, ugh, who uses AAA sizes anymore really?! So then just now I went to the grocery store and got some batteries, bought a new light bulb for the freezer, and a 2 liter of sprite, to drink with my Vodka tomorrow since I DON'T HAVE TO WORK!!!!!!!!!! woooohoooo!!!

I'm pondering going to the gym in the morning ish time... 10 maybe? We'll see how that works out.

My cable (the digital part) got turned off yesterday. BooHoo...but if I plug the cable directly into the tv I still get basic channels, so that's good. Maybe this next check I can pay some of it, we'll see.

Not quite sure what's going on for the 4th. Maybe I can get ATC to come over and watch the fireworks with me since they're let off not too far from my house we could walk down there. Yup Yup.

Was hoping to get  my birthday card from my mom in the mail today, but no luck. Looks like it'll be Monday. Hopefully my bracelet she bought shows up Mon or Tuesday as well.

So there! Big EFF YOU to Washington Mutual/JPMorgan Chase. I've had all I can deal with of them, so today after work I went and closed my account and took my $78.16 with me! A holes. The guy asked me is there a reason why?... and I said oh... there's MANY REASONS WHY... he chuckled and continued on with the transaction. Didn't seem too surprised by it. I'm sure there's a lot of customers out there that have closed their accounts since Chase took over. I really don't like their customer service, all obviously over seas, outsourced BS. I hope they're the next to go under.

I have already redirected my direct deposit to my credit union savings account, so that should be good to go by next paycheck. I have to pay off an old debt to the NV credit union, and then I can open a checking account with this new one. All will be well. I still have my paypal account so my mom can send me money, and I still have a debit card to be able to use. Sooo it *should* all work out.

Final Approach

Melissa got her plane ticket today to come visit for my bday party!! I'm sooooooooooo essited! My boss is even letting me leave 2 hours early on Friday the 10th.  I'm going to get us tickets to a Rockies game while she's here, I have a coupon for 10 dollar tickets. Kickass! So we're either going to go friday or saturday I havent quite decided yet. After the game we're gonna drink it up and party downtown! I'm totally stoked!

My mom said she ordered my bracelet/bday present last night, dunno what it looks like or when I'm getting it though... soon, maybe this week? And my grandma is giving her money for my bday present for her to deposit for me tomorrow. So that's kick ass. So yaaay my bday's a week from today!  Booo for getting older though LoL.

I dont really have much to do around the house, its all pretty clean. I could put the rest of my laundry away... and maybe clean the litter box... but I dunno bout all that

I still have 2 more bills to pay this week, and a week and a half left till another payday..

Tax Bill

Today at work I was losing all concentration and motivation to do my job, so I decided to sit on hold with the IRS to try and find out how many payments I have left with them for my 2007-2008 tax year. It only took about 15 minutes for them to answer.

Come to find out, only 2 left! w00t. $213.61 to be exact. Kickass. However, I still owe for 2008-2009, and we're going to amend those taxes this week, and then I can set up a new payment plan with them. Sigh. But if I re-start it before my final payment in July it will only cost $45 instead of $105 so that rocks.

I also decided to call the State of CO to find out what I owed them, because i know i never paid them, that part is $532. Which is manageable. Kind of. LoL I just wish paying these off reflected on my credit score. That would help out a lot. Oh well.

I stayed up last night going through my mint.com account, and creditkarma organizing everything and reading up on financial crapola since I couldn't fall asleep anyways.

I made a yummy stew last night that I ate for breakfast today LoL, and dinner when I got home. It was fabulous.

I now have a big ol' band aid on my big toe because snatch was standing on my foot, and ellie decided it was time to chase him beause he was sniffing near MY food and so he launched himself off my foot and dug his claws in to my toe. So I had to hobble around with my toe gushing and get some neosporin and a band aid. Hopefully it heals before saturday because Im getting my damn pedicure! 

Really should have put my laundry away tonight, but I have no motivation to do that. Or clean the bunnies. Bah, maybe tomorrow!

I also made an appt with the dentist for Thursday night to check out one of the fillings he did for me a month ago, kinda feels like its part of the whole ear/jaw/sinus problem. So hopefully between the 2 dr's on thursday they can figure out WTF is going on with me. That'd be awesome.

I finally got the productive bug in me today and got some shit done!!

Went though about 4-5 boxes of stuff combined most of it into one box and put them all outside in the storage. Hung up my lil knick knack holder thingy majiger and put some stuff on that. I found the box of all my ooolllldddd pictures, and i think sometime soon Im going to start scanning them all in to the 'puter. So i left that box by my desk area.

I also brought the tables I used as night stands out to the living room to use as end tables since they cant really be used in the bedroom. Which means I brought the lamps that go on them, and took my big floor lamp in to the bedroom. Looks good so far.

Also cleaned up the kitchen and I made preacher cookies yesterday so theyre in the fridge hardening up, ill put them into a container in a lil bit.

I've still gotta clean the litter box and figure out wtf it isn't working. It's plugged in, but won't turn on. So retarded. These damn electric boxes only last for so long. This is i think, my 3rd in a few years. Glad i didnt pay full price for it if it is dead.

After that Ill try to get lookin decent cuz ATC is coming over to hang out and bring me some of his Turkey Chili that he made today, so "i dont have to eat more ramen" tonight. LoL. So sweet.

Taxi Driver (Two-Disc Collector's Edition)

Welp I better go finish this all up Hes gonna be here in a lil over an hour. I think we're gonna watch Saw V maybe, depending on how long he stays, and maybe the new Dane Cook show on my DVR. 

I finally went and viewed the apt yesterday during lunch. The agent was there early/on time and waiting at the door for me. The place is adorable. Has an open kitchen layout, an actual laundry ROOM, a gas fireplace, and 2 entrances to the deck, from the living room, and the bedroom. Also a walk in closet similar to what I have now, and a good sized bathroom!  Freaking awesome.

So I turned in my application and fee, and I saw they already took the money from my account yesterday, so hopefully, by Monday morning they should have an answer for me. He says they usually get a decision w/i a day, but since I didnt turn it in till almost 2 on Friday I wasn't expecting it back that soon.

Last night ATC came over and helped me dismantle and move my old bed frame from Chantelle's house, to take it over to Lisa's house because she was buying it from me for her daughter, so she could have a big girls bed. She gave me $140 for it. So that was sweet! Yay money! ATC and I just chilled for a lil and had some food and watched tv... he's on a "no alcohol" kick for the next 3 weeks.. so uhhh that sucks for me, cuz if he doesnt drink, I don't drink... not fun lol oh well.

With the money Lisa gave me, I went and got my nails done, and my lip waxed.. ive never done that before LoL.. interesting...! But anyways they used this new stuff on my nails. It's called SeaShell Acrylic.. and it comes in 5 different colors, I obviously chose purple check it out!

Yay for Cesar Chavez Day and that it's my PAID day off.

However, woke up at ATC's house to super super wind, and about 2-3 inches of snow.. Dammit! what sucked even more... i was wearing flip flops GAH!  So I got in the truck and went to leave, as soon as I got to the main road, it was backed up, and no one was moving. I assume their was an accident, it was still snowing and still windy so that didnt help. So i turned around and went back to his house... we played 2 games of pool, and he made breakfast burritos.. about an hour had passed so I decided to try it again, and low and behold traffic was gone. Yay.

Last night I was hoping for Chinese food for dinner but when I got there he asked if I wanted 3 Margartias (mexican restaurant) instead.. which was fine.. but i still am craving some WONTONS! Dammit. Oh well it was still good. I had shrimp fajitas.. and strawberry daiquiris.

We were so full when we got home, we just laid on the couch and watched tv, and I fell asleep as usual lol. It's like we're an old married couple already, we didnt even have sex?! Wtf. Oh well. LoL.

Im happy to say that WhoreFace is leaving on Friday wooohoooooo! Most all her stuff is already packed up... apparently, shes moving back in with her parents. that must suck.. and her mom isnt happy about her bringing the dog. oh well (=

I went and dropped off my application this morning for the apt I want, and as soon as I got there, realized I didnt have the money order for it.. WTF?? i HAD it when i walked out my door n it disappeared. So i wrote them a check (which i know wouldnt clear until friday) so I hurried home, and found the money order, on my door step PHEW!!! That would have sucked ass if i lost it and someone snatached it up. I jumped back in the car and went back to the office and swapped it out for the check I gave them. So now, Im just waiting on a call back. They had to run my background, and talk to the owner of the unit, im so crossing my fingers I need this so badly. It's so perfect for me.

I should probably vacuum the living room today, since i didnt yesterday, and start studying my flash cards for the new job. Oh yeah I also stopped by Staples and picked up a 10 pack of blank cd's for only 7.98! Since the truck's deck doesn't have an MP3 attachment... ill get that changed out in a few months hopefully....
