I sure hope this computer doesn't freeze up on me, its acting funky. Stupid library.

I really came down here just so I could charge my MP3 player so I have music in the car tomorrow! It's been hell without it, I just have to listen to myself think and hear all the little noises my car makes while driving which is very annoying lol.

At least i got through monday though, it seemed to go by pretty fast which is good.

This weekend was fun-filled. Well friday was boring, I went to AutoZone friday night to get some new anti-freeze and a light bulb for my headlight in the car, and the cap for the antifreeze coolant reserve, and the nice guy there gave me a "courtsey" discount of 10% for no reason... or maybe, my boobs were the reason, but I dunno I thought I looked like poo anyways hehe!  But I haven't been able to get the bulb in yet, I actually just googled it though and I'm going to try again when I get home, hopefully those directions work.

Saturday morning, Tanya and I took Ellie up to Morrison to go hiking! Yeah, me, outside, in nature. Can you BELIEVE IT!? Me either.. Ellie had a blast, she jumped right in the river as soon as she saw it which was weird, because she's usually very weary of water. The hike was maybe 2 miles I think, and I only whined and bitched a lil bit (= I swear, ask tanya!  I have some pictures and video to share but that'll have to wait till maybe tomorrow if I can use the 'puter at work.

Ellie and I went home and slept for a few hours after that LOL she was pooped! It was NICE!!!

That night Frisbee took me to see the new Mummy movie, it wasn't that bad like everyone says, but i don't have much to compare to since i've never really seen the first two, so whatevs... Brendan Fraser without his shirt on mmmMMMMMMmmmmm yummy!

Sunday I chilled most of the day it was so hot I didn't wanna move... but then I got invited to go have a few drinks with this new boy and O M G was he fucking GORGEOUS tall, blonde hair, light blue eyes MmMMmmmm yeah we had fun after drinks (= and oh darn, he left his sunglases at my house, he'll just Have to come back now (=

Can't wait till I get paid this week, even though I'm like... .600 negative )=  I won't have much after that to spend on ANYTHING other than bills, but I AM getting a new windshield for the car this weekend. It's only $127 dollars with my work discount, so that's kick ass. I have to pay my part of the cell phone as well so booooo. I wish I wasn't negative, the thing that jacked it up so high was the over draft charges themselves, they're like $34 each. UGH. Shoot me now.

Oh yeah, and that whole ordeal at work about my outfit the other day, well once the bossman found out about it, he was PISSSSSSSSSSED and NOT at me. At the person who said it, who wasn't doing their job and nosing around my desk, and then who blabbed to the manager who is not even part of our section. He said he was going to get to the bottom of it and find out who the fuck it was because it was some BS. I was like WOAH. He never does that. Amazing. And he also reiterated that our dress code is waaay lax there because we just dont give a fuck. We don't work with customers face to face and it gets really freakin hot in the building, esp when its been over 90 or 100 the last month every day. So i was stoked about that. Who wouldn't be!

 

 

Other than It was pay day today, which all goes to rent and pet insurance pretty much. JOY for that right?

My mom sent me $150 dollars today for my birthday money, which I promptly spent most of at Old Navy.. who can pass up a 50% off sale right? I think I may take back this skirt though, I didn't love it as much out of the store as I did in it... so that'll give me some money back.

I'm also still waiting for bday money from Grandma, so that I have spending money in Florida which is less than a week away w00t!

I'm also going to try on last years bathing suit and see if it still fits.. and if so, take back the one I got from Target the other day.. we'll see we'll see...

Not quite sure what, if anything I'm doing tonight.. Kind of on a tight budget... Hoping that grandma sends me at LEAST a hundred... yeah... that'd be perfect.

I'm finally training someone again for this desk, and she got most of the stuff pretty easily today... but now she moved onto something different, and instead of doing it how I told her, which is the best, most efficient, easy way, she *thought* she'd do it HER way... uhmm no.. thats not how I said to do it, follow my directions, trust me. I've been doing this for 6 months, I know wtf is up.

Which reminds me, Monday is my last day of work probation! I'll be a permanent employee after that woooohooooo!! Go ME!!!!!

I gave up on trying to install my old stereo, and I think just with my NEXT paycheck, Ill pay to get a new one and get it installed. I'm pretty sure all the speakers that are currently in there are newer.. and maybe if I have enough and the price is right a nice little sub box.

Ever since I got into it with AW this morning I've been even grouchier. I totally think I'm pmsing, since I had bought some beef jerky and chocolate covered pretzels. Just hope it comes soon so I don't have to worry about it during my vacation. That'd be wonderful .

Josh wants me to go to Caldonia's tonight, but I don't think I'm yet in the mood to deal with Chan.

I might have a date with this guy from Ft Collins he's supposed to be coming down for the weekend so we'll see how that goes... who knows.

I just know I need to clean my house for reals.
Last night I went home, made some breakfast for dinner, eggs, hash browns and toast and fell my ass asleep on the couch around 7:30... woke up around 930 when Tanya called and then went to bed. I was exhausted. Slept really well too which was nice for once lately.

3 hours left for work.. ugh.. so not motivated. Wish it was payday.

I've decided to take a buncha money outta my retirement crap since there isn't much left ANYWAYS, and pay to get my old car outta the shop and get plates and insurance on it. That lil thing gets better gas mileage than the blazer so until and if I sell it I can at least get around town better. And hopefully the AC still works in it. I just need to get the stock stereo and cd player put back in. I wonder if I could do it myself.. hmmm we'll see.

So i found a new veterinarian today I hope. They're just down the way from my house, they have an *actual* website with pictures of their office, their patients and bio's of the doc's. That impresses me!

So Ellie and Kisa will be going in next Saturday the 24th, for a wellness exam and some shots X= but shhh don't tell them that!

So happy that I have pet insurance. They will reimburse me after the visit of course after I submit the claims paperwork and all that but still! I'll be getting money back from it.

Eventually I'll need to get the other 3 cats done, but Ellie and Kisa are the biggest troublemakers so they go first!

Finally was able to sell the remaining Comcast stocks that I had in my portfolio...
So I'll have some money soon woooo hooooo!

Thanks to the amazing, Everyone Loves an Irish Girl I signed up at Mint  and that site is freaking amazing, I'm in love.

And now, it makes it clear...

If my car wouldn't have taken a huge crap on me twice in the last few weeks I'd probably have some more money, and the other huge chunk is from all my overdraft bank fees.. this wasn't a good month.

Last night, I went to sleep at 8:00pm. I kid you not. I was exhausted. I think Ellie was pretty mad at me for not staying up and playing with her all night, she took it out on me this morning.

My roommate gave me a ride to work this morning. He drives like a freakin snail. We left 5 minutes before I normally

do, and got to work 3 minutes late. He refuses to drive on the freeway, and thinks its faster to take every single back street possible. What's with old people doing that?

Was supposed to take Chandoo out for dinner tonight, but apparently I was WAAAY overdrawn.. and really I'm only seeing half of my paycheck now, and that is ALL going to my roommate for rent and power bills.

Her mom is coming out here in 9 days, so she'll take us out to dinner a lot. YAY! Her mom rocks...

My mom is sending me money for the car to get repaired ($550) ish... I may ask the guy if I can give him a partial payment, just so I can have some of that money for the next two weeks, otherwise I'm going to be horribly negative again the next time I get paid. This is a vicious vicious cycle.  I'm definitely considering getting a 2nd job again.

Speaking of job, we had a meeting this morning to tell us that one person from our group was fired. She was the one 

that caused all the drama to begin with, asked a billion questions she should already know, and took more time off than she had available. I'm glad it wasn't one of my friends or me.

Nice body

After he dropped me off this morning I threw on a hat and went shopping with the money my mom sent me.

I went to Goodwill, Kohls, Bath and Body Works, Ulta, and Charlotte Russe.

And some other places that I didnt find anything at. I spent more than I should have but I got a lot that I needed, a few new shirts, a pair of pants, 2 new shoes!!! to replace the ones that broke last summer at Hermans Hideaway, I loved those shoes, make up and some lip gloss, that I promise not to wash with my clothes again, or let Ellie eat.

After all that tiring shopping I went over to Marc's Mom's house to get my hair done. It came out really good, Ill take a pic soon. Somehow she knows what I want before I even get there. We updated the highlights, but also made a lot more of my hair darker too. She said she saw it on the SAG awards the other day and wanted to try it out on me LOL. It's finally getting longer, but of course we had to cut some of the ends off to make it healthy again. I wish it was thick like it used to be, but with all the coloring I've done to it that's not gonna be possible unless I stop.

Of course I got all the local gossip while I was there. I guess Marc is finally serving his sentence, somewhere, I don't know. I guess they gave him a plea deal less years if he goes through some re-hab program. Which is good for him, thats what he needs. His mom and I both agreed that we wish he wouldn't have fucked us up but it's too late to change that now. She's really happy that I'm seeing NG and that he's a really nice good guy. She said it's what I deserve.

Once I got home I ate my last soft taco from Taco Bell and passed out around 7 on my bed with the cats and all my shopping bags still there. I woke up around 11 tonight LOL. Guess I really needed some sleep! There were some phone conversations and texts during that time I was asleep that I somehow participated in.. not really sure what was said lol...

NG is up in Boulder at a bachelor party and last I heard from him he was drunk LoL. Way to be, way to be!

It's almost 1 now and I should probably be getting back to bed, so I can get up tomorrow and be slightly productive, maybe do, and put away, my laundry.

Yes, I think I'll go watch Mike Birbiglias funny ass and get to sleep.

Well not yet at least... maybe after work?!

It's PayDay woohooo... even though I don't have much left after paying rent, and bringing my bank account out of the negative... oh well will have to budget for the next 2 weeks I guess.

Last night NG and I went out to dinner at Chili's... yummy. The waiter was cooky to say the least, but still fun.

We went back to his house and sat on the couch and watched TV for about an hour... the whole time we're both yawning trying to stay awake. So around 11 I finally made the decision to go home and get to bed since we were both too exhausted to do anything else! We're so lame.

I've been cleaning and reorganizing the mail desk here because it was just not efficient, not for me at least, and it's already looking better I'm so happy! Now if only I had this kind of motivation at home!

My roommate emailed me to say he fed & water the cats, bunnies & dog... I told him I already fed all of them this morning before I left, like I do every day since they're my pets... Well he said they bunnies looked hungry... they always act like they're hungry it's just a ploy...and there's no way the cats went through a full bowl of food this morning upstairs, esp. when they have a full bowl of food in my room, and Ellie always eats her food fast. oh well.
