Today Lisa and I went to Old Navy during lunch to take part in their awesome sale going on. (Grandma sent bday money!) We were stoked for the $9 capris...however, all the ones we tried on looked ridiculous, or were not stretchy enough for our fat asses LoL. I thought to myself in the dressing room, oh time to go to the gym. haha.

I managed to grab a cute pair of plaid shorts of course, not on sale, I'm not 100% sure I'm keeping them yet. We'll see. Picked up a few $5 tank tops and some clearance underwear!

Got my hair re-layered after work. Finally found someone who did what I actually asked! Thank goodness. 

Went to target to get a Universal Remote, listed @ $6.99. No biggie, when I got to the check out line, I saw the EXACT same remote, no difference whatsoever, other than the plastic packaging was 2/3 the size of the other, and it was 2 dollars cheaper!!! So der I picked that one. I also walked out with 2 new pillows, they were $4.44 each.. can't pass that up, and I really did need them... and I found some cute green loungey/work out pants for $3 and a cute one shoulder ruffly top for $3 something as well!

Battery

When i got home I realized that batteries weren't included in the remote, ugh, who uses AAA sizes anymore really?! So then just now I went to the grocery store and got some batteries, bought a new light bulb for the freezer, and a 2 liter of sprite, to drink with my Vodka tomorrow since I DON'T HAVE TO WORK!!!!!!!!!! woooohoooo!!!

I'm pondering going to the gym in the morning ish time... 10 maybe? We'll see how that works out.

My cable (the digital part) got turned off yesterday. BooHoo...but if I plug the cable directly into the tv I still get basic channels, so that's good. Maybe this next check I can pay some of it, we'll see.

Not quite sure what's going on for the 4th. Maybe I can get ATC to come over and watch the fireworks with me since they're let off not too far from my house we could walk down there. Yup Yup.

Was hoping to get  my birthday card from my mom in the mail today, but no luck. Looks like it'll be Monday. Hopefully my bracelet she bought shows up Mon or Tuesday as well.

Today at work, our boss came by and gave us a piece of paper and a fancy schmancy pen...

attached with it was a free admin day, because our dept won some excellence award.. and since we werent all able to attend the awards ceremony, those were our prizes. Yay.

Well since tomorrow is my last day at the DMV *yay*, my free day wont transfer to my new position.. so he told me to use it today and go home! Sweeeetness!  So i left work around 930 (=

Kick ass, its really nice out today too.. its supposed to snow tomorrow though, so I better do something productive with my time.

I might go find some apartments to look at .. we'll see.. also the house needs to be cleaned up..

Yay for Cesar Chavez Day and that it's my PAID day off.

However, woke up at ATC's house to super super wind, and about 2-3 inches of snow.. Dammit! what sucked even more... i was wearing flip flops GAH!  So I got in the truck and went to leave, as soon as I got to the main road, it was backed up, and no one was moving. I assume their was an accident, it was still snowing and still windy so that didnt help. So i turned around and went back to his house... we played 2 games of pool, and he made breakfast burritos.. about an hour had passed so I decided to try it again, and low and behold traffic was gone. Yay.

Last night I was hoping for Chinese food for dinner but when I got there he asked if I wanted 3 Margartias (mexican restaurant) instead.. which was fine.. but i still am craving some WONTONS! Dammit. Oh well it was still good. I had shrimp fajitas.. and strawberry daiquiris.

We were so full when we got home, we just laid on the couch and watched tv, and I fell asleep as usual lol. It's like we're an old married couple already, we didnt even have sex?! Wtf. Oh well. LoL.

Im happy to say that WhoreFace is leaving on Friday wooohoooooo! Most all her stuff is already packed up... apparently, shes moving back in with her parents. that must suck.. and her mom isnt happy about her bringing the dog. oh well (=

I went and dropped off my application this morning for the apt I want, and as soon as I got there, realized I didnt have the money order for it.. WTF?? i HAD it when i walked out my door n it disappeared. So i wrote them a check (which i know wouldnt clear until friday) so I hurried home, and found the money order, on my door step PHEW!!! That would have sucked ass if i lost it and someone snatached it up. I jumped back in the car and went back to the office and swapped it out for the check I gave them. So now, Im just waiting on a call back. They had to run my background, and talk to the owner of the unit, im so crossing my fingers I need this so badly. It's so perfect for me.

I should probably vacuum the living room today, since i didnt yesterday, and start studying my flash cards for the new job. Oh yeah I also stopped by Staples and picked up a 10 pack of blank cd's for only 7.98! Since the truck's deck doesn't have an MP3 attachment... ill get that changed out in a few months hopefully....

Well I wasn't planning on taking the day off.... but I woke up late @ 7:10... took a shower.. got out at 7:25... and as I was searching through the closet to find something to wear I thought to myself, well, why don't I just call in??

It's supposed to be about 70 degrees here and Im sure I could use a nap..

So I slept in until about 9 ish then spent most of the morning watching tv, went and got my free credit report online, all 49 pages of it.. Called some of the collection companies to find out what the current totals are...and just browsing over the rest of it... Found out my score went up 3 points w00t !!! 

If I can get some of these others little things I owe paid off and cleared up, that'll help so much.

So I took my car back to the radiator place, pointed to where the leak was.. the guy said weird, these ones don't usually require a washer on them, but lets stick one on and see. VOILA it fixed it. No more leaky leaky!!

So happy, now if the car can just behave for a bit longer till I get some money to make some other minor repairs, I'll be a happy camper, please cross your fingers for me! Now, I can help Chantelle move this week and all that.

Talked to my mom today she said that my grandpa is not doing too well right now. And seeing as he is on Hospice care, if something happens at home, it happens. He's not going to go back to the hospital. So my mom and step-dad were headed over there. So I should get an update soon. I called my dad to give him the info and so if anything does happen looks like I'll be buying him a plane ticket up there. Hopefully everything works out okay though, and it's just one of those bad days.. we'll see.

I feel like I should be doing something celebratory for Presidents Day since I'm off work and all.. but there's really nothing I can do I think.... how bout a RWB picture?

I'm watching Merv Griffin's Crossword on TV, we usually watch this at work during lunch, some of these words are hard! I don't know some of them, and I'm usually pretty good at vocabulary!

I think there's a storm coming in, it's pretty windy today I hate the wind.

If you were suddenly granted the day off today, how would you go spend your free time?

SLEEPING. I feel like I haven't gotten enough sleep since I've been home from christmas vacation.

all week i've just wanted to come home and take a nap, but car troubles, people calling, going out has all prevented that.

I would have loved to slept and cuddle all day today

Hey howdy hey everyone, man it feels like I haven't made a post of substance in a while, due to being BLOCKED at work, and that really sucks.

I have been trying to be productive and getting ready to move, its like A WEEK FROM TODAY. Infreakingsane. Of course I always wait till last minute and I work better under pressure, but I do already have a lot done. I think I'll be trying to pack up the kitchen stuff today, and just use paper plates and plastic utensils for the rest of my time there!

I gave 2 bags of clothes and 1 bag of shoes to GoodWill today.. yay for taxable charity donation thingys...and less for me to pack and move...

Trying to sell and or give away other things as well... we'll see how that goes...

And my faith in work has just evaporated completely.. just checked my email:

Uh.. yeah... so now I'm going hard core on finding another job, whether with comcast or not. I'm fucking sick of this bullshit. Seriously, it was a LATERAL FUCKING MOVE. The feedback I got from my supervisor from the ones that interviewed me was "you did really well, I think you'll get it". Wow. Fucking Wow.

I woke up with such a headache this morning it may have even been a migraine, so I took some excedrin migraine and some mt dew and it eventually went away. But I still don't feel quite right. I dunno what it is. Maybe its just stress or maybe i'm coming down with something that would really suck. I've even been good and didn't go out this week at all.... *shrugs* who knows...

So I've just drawn a blank and don't know what else to say. I'm kinda bummed now, Stupid work. As if it could get any worse... wtfever.

 So I woke up this morning and my throat is feeling a whole lot better, but now whatever cold this is has moved into my sinuses. So now, I just want to rip my face off, and feel better. Ü

I need to find some medicine to take so I can get things done today that I need to.
