Blah for the dentist, they always have bad news.
Crom74, i see your crown, and raise you 10 fillings.
Yup, thats what I need, I have 10 cavities. 2 need to be done asap and the rest are tiny. The dentist said "are you a SODA drinker??"... why yes, I am, caffeine is the meaning of my existence. So I got lectured for that, but I shot back... "well at least I'm not a SMOKER!"... You have a point he said... but not a good enough one, you should cut back, or switch to diet soda.... bah! bah i say!
Have you ever HAD Diet Mt Dew? It tastes like green yuckyness.

So last night, I fell asleep around 7:30.. mind you.. I get home just before 7pm... I woke up just before gilmore girls
ended, made dinner, ate, put most of it away, and then went to bed at 9:45pm. WTF is that about?! I realized it's because I haven't had any caffeine in about 3 days, and that's why I've been dragging ass. .. i said that exact sentence as my old Sup walked by and he threw 2 bucks on my desk! YAY FOR MOUNTAIN DEW.Maybe I can stay awake enough to do some more laundry tonight eh? I really need to get on it. I also need to start getting boxes so I can start packing, because I hate doing it and I figure if I start now I could have a majority of it done by the time I need to move.... if I ever find a place that is!
I don't think that I'm going to take the place I looked at the other day, it seems just a little too far from civilization for me. . and I'm sure I can find something cheaper anyways. I know I can. I know I can!
I just got a call from my insurance agent saying that next month, my charge will drop 83 dollars! And then my new policy premium in October will be a lot lower too!!
But it may go back up, I had to go to court this morning for the ticket I got last month (i forgot about it and half way to work.. on the bus I remembered, and someone came and rescued me and took me to court) they dropped it 2 points from 4, but I still have to pay $112 dollars UGH. Lame-o if you ask me.
Welp its time for me to go home! Have a good one !

Do you find yourself hitting the vending machines in the middle of day?check Do you need your favorite caffeinated beverage just to get you "through" your afternoon, or to "get you going" in the morning?check If so, you are caffeine dependent.
One of the main problems with caffeine is that it is a diuretic, meaning it dehydrates you. It does this by taking the water out of your body's cells, which causes you to urinate more. Dehydration can lead to a number of annoying side effects such as headachescheck , feeling weakcheck , and muscle cramps. Caffeine, in large amounts, can cause the body to lose calcium and potassium, causing sore muscles and delayed recovery time after exercise. You may be able to prevent leg cramps by cutting down on the amount of caffeinated beverages your drink.
It is important to realize that caffeine is a physically addicting drugcheck and causes withdrawal symptomscheck . These symptoms include headachescheck , fatigue, check drowsiness, check irritability and temporary depression. You may have experienced a couple of these symptoms on days when you skipped your regular amounts soda or coffee.check check check The Journal of the American Medical Association has classified these caffeine withdrawal symptoms as "caffeine dependence syndrome." Studies show that as little as 100 milligrams, or about two - three cans of soda a day, is enough to cause caffeine dependency. Some types of soft drinks contain more caffeine than others.
Try to limit your total intake of caffeine to less than 100 milligrams a day to avoid the side effects of caffeine and to prevent the caffeine dependence syndrome.
